Combat Inflammation by Avoiding These 10 Things!

Most Americans today have “some” degree of inflammation.

Think of it as a slow burning flame inside your body, burning at various states depending on OUR LIFESTYLE CHOICES.

Inflammation is a “good thing” when we injure ourselves because it helps us to heal. Chronic inflammation is the difference you feel in your day to day. For example, some days you feel great, and other days you’re a complete mess! Right? Why is that? One word: INFLAMMATION

And the degree of this inflammation is different in every BODY!!!

I hate to use a gun analogy these days, but if you think of GENETICS as the loaded gun…. YOUR LIFESTYLE HABITS & ENVIRONMENT!!

Whether it’s pain and inflammation somewhere in your body, skin flareups, stomach issues, headaches or fatigue, joint pain- these inflammatory symptoms are different for every “body”.

So, what is CAUSING these uncomfortable inflammatory “flare-ups”?

I’ve created a list of TOP 10 FACTORS THAT CAN CAUSE INFLAMMATION IN THE BODY:

These include:

1. A poor diet...ESP. Eating few fruits and veggies

2. Processed and fast foods

3. Sugar

4. Gluten

5. Stress

6. Poor digestion

7. Lack of daily exercise

8. Nutrient deficiencies (Eternity Testing...coming soon!)

9. Poor sleeping habits (Check out my Sleep Solutions E-Guide! https://eternitywarrior.com/collections/all-products/products/sleep-solutions-guide

10.Unidentified food intolerances (Eternity Testing...coming soon!)

All these factors can cause our level of inflammation to rise. Engage in these unhealthy habits long enough and whal-lah! Chronic inflammation sets in and starts to destroy!!!

So we must do our best to avoid these manifestations of inflammation by keeping inflammation low in the first place!!!
